Description
Q15. The RFI response states a 10 page limit. Item 3 says to provide a 2-page statement and Item 4 says to provide a one-page table. This does not allow for a 10-page response. A15. The 2-page statement for Item 3 should answer the questions asked in a-g. Item 4 asks for a 1-page table with a list of three previous or current projects demonstrating relevant work experience. The remaining seven pages should be a Capabilities Statement discussing what capabilities your company has to offer. Q16. The RFI response states "If any entity is interested in participating in an oral information exchange please submit your interest...". Should we submit written answers to the Oral Exchange Instructions/Questions and if so, are they included in the 10 page count? A16. Written answers to the Oral Exchange Instructions/Questions are not required but will be accepted prior to the presentations. They do not count towards the 10-page limit. Q17. There is a statement about having subject matter experts to respond to each use case. Can you please provide clarification as this sounds more like software development, which isn't outlined in the PWS? We want to ensure we select the appropriate subject matter experts and not sure what you are asking for by use case? A17. This requirement is not for software development. The Government asks for subject matter experts who would be able to answer the questions posed in the Oral Information Exchange Instructions/Questions Section of the RFI.
