Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: San Antonio Delineated Area: NORTH: Beginning at the intersection of Hwy 281 and Wurzbach Pkwy continuing in an easterly direction to the intersection of Wurzbach Pkwy and Wetmore Rd. EAST: Beginning at the intersection of Wurzbach Pkwy and Wetmore Rd continuing in a southern direction to the intersection of Wetmore Rd. and Interstate 410. SOUTH: Beginning at the intersection of Wetmore Rd and Interstate 410 continuing in a western direction to the intersection of Interstate 410 and Hwy 281. WEST: Beginning at the intersection of Interstate 410 and Hwy 281 continuing in a north-western direction to the intersection of Hwy 281 and Wurzbach Pkwy. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,080 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,080 ABOA SF Space Type: Hangar Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 spaces adjacent to the building Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The Agency requires 80 ANSI/BOMA Office Area SF of office and 1,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area SF of hangar space. Office and hangar space must be contiguous.. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should also include the following: •1. Building name and address; and •2. Location of space offered; and •3. Rentable and useable square footage offered; and •4. Name, address, telephone number, and email of individual to be contacted; and •5. If you are not the owner you must submit evidence of authority to represent the owner. •6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes that cost of the required Government parking (if any). •7. List of building services provided. •8. Building, space, and parking accessibility in compliance with ABAAS. •9. Building, space, and parking compliance with fire and life safety and seismic requirements.
