Description

Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with IBA Dosimetry of America to provide preventive maintenance and repair services of IBA Dosimetry Systems, including hardware and software, for the Orlando VA Medical Center, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. This is a purchase for a base year and four option years. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1 (FAC 2019-05 dated 8/13/2019), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 811219. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services to maintain IBA Dosimetry systems, to the Contracting Officer within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements, specifically demonstrating access to Original Manufacturer Equipment (OEM) parts and training certificates denoting successful completion and certification to maintain and repair the above referenced systems. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
