Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roseburg Health Care System Roseburg, OR, intends to solicit for Fire Alarm inspections, testing and maintenance semiannually to ensure fire alarm systems and equipment are in continual compliance with NFPA 72. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is expected to result in the award of a single contract. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract that includes a period of performance of one (1) year plus (4) four one-year options. The applicable NAICS code is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), and the small business size standard is $20.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB.
