See link below. https://www.fbo.gov/index.php?s=opportunity&mode=form&tab=core&id=5810d444c1a40460c3e467a201d44ab1&_cview=0 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District intends to issue a construction solicitation for Bonneville Dam Powerhouse 1 and Powerhouse 2 Oil Storage Room Fire Protection located in Skamania County, Washington and Multnomah County, Oregon. The requirement is to replace the existing CO2 fire suppression systems in the Bonneville oil storage rooms. The oil storage rooms are located at Bonneville Lock and Dam Project in Bonneville Powerhouse 1 in Oregon and Powerhouse 2 in Washington. The work consists of procurement and delivery of all components of a clean agent fire suppression system for each oil storage room. Work is to begin as soon as possible and be completed expeditiously. The solicitation will be an invitation for bids (IFB). This acquisition will result in a single firm fixed-price construction contract. This procurement will be solicited as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990-Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The small business size standard is $36.5 million. The Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will be made available for download on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov).
