Description

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Veterans Affairs Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor Program For MSPV 2.0 Solicitation #36C10G19R0050 This solicitation is issued unrestricted, utilizing Full and Open Competition under authority 41 U.S.C. 3301 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.401(b), Competitive Proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423450 - Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, with a small business size standard of 200 employees. This requirement provides for the distribution and supply management of all required medical, surgical, dental, and laboratory supplies to Veteran Administration Medical Centers (VAMCs) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs). The Period of Performance (POP) will be structured to include a 36-month base period (including a 120-calendar day implementation period), plus two 36-month option periods. This equates to a maximum potential contract length of nine years. Please provide any questions regarding the Request for Proposal (RFP), no later than 5:00pm EST on October 8, 2019 to vacosacmspv2.0rfp@va.gov. The response due date and time to this solicitation is NLT 5:00 pm EST on October 28, 2019. All responses must be submitted in accordance with information presented in the instructions to offerors.
