J&A The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1940) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to SCI Technology, Inc. (see attached Justification and Approval). CLIN 0001 Intercommunication Station P/N 5483700-001 NSN 5930-01-616-3604 Qty 14 each The Government does not possess sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for this commercial repair. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. NOTE: ANY SOURCES THAT RESPONSES MAY SUBMIT A CAPABILITY STAMEMENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY SIMILAR REQUIREMENT IN THE FUTURE. (1) Specification / Qualification - (see attached Justification and Approval).
