- Description
- Synopsis information The Government will be executing a sole-source, follow-on procurement with A.T. Kearney Public Sector and Defense Services, LLC (A.T. Kearney). A.T. Kearney is the only contractor who can perform the work described below because both proprietary tools and data were delivered under the initial contract. This requirement will be a follow-on to contract number N00024-13-A-0001, delivery order N0002418F4K13 which involved the expansion and sustainment of intelligent forecast (iForecast). The follow-on tasks to the original requirement will continue to generate a comprehensive methodology for an enterprise concern. • Maintenance Business Process Assessment: Research, assess, evaluate, and document all maintenance planning, execution, and supply chain business processes within the SSBN & SSGN Maintenance domain. Develop and formalize an approach to link business process workflows to authoritative data sources in order to produce forecasts of future material requirements. • Data collection and model Architecture development and definition: Develop and codify a process to collect data from authoritative sources, store the data in a common landing area, and design requirements for the integration of the data it into the iForecast data environment. • Data Model development, testing, and deployment: Develop functionality with the iForecast development environment for the induction of SSBN/SSGN requirements while maintaining the integrity and alignment with previously developed functionality. Develop and execute plans for model optimization, testing, and deployment. This follow-on level of effort will incorporate the business processes and data requirements present within the Intermediate Level Maintenance enterprise. Inclusion of I Level maintenance will ensure investments include requirements across the submarine lifecycle. • Maintenance Business Process Assessment: Research, assess, evaluate, and document all maintenance planning, execution, and supply chain business processes within the SSN Intermediate Level Maintenance domain. Develop and formalize an approach to link business process workflows to authoritative data sources in order to produce forecasts of future material requirements. This effort is significant as there is considerable variety in the data systems and methodologies used by these executing activities. • Data collection and model Architecture development and definition: Develop and codify a process to collect data from authoritative sources, store the data in a common landing area, and design requirements for the integration of the data it into the iForecast data environment. • Data Model development, testing, and deployment: Develop functionality with the iForecast development environment for the induction of SSN Intermediate Level requirements while maintaining the integrity and alignment with previously developed functionality. Develop and execute plans for model optimization, testing, and deployment.
