NAICS code 561210; Size Standard $38.5M; FSC: Z1AA This contract will have a base year and four option periods for a total of 60 months. The ordering period will be from 01 October 2019 through the Contract completion date. The purpose of the Garden City Marine Corps District 1 Facilities Services Contract is to perform base operating services, including custodial, facilities investment, grounds maintenance, pavement clearance, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), fire suppression, and solid waste management services. The contract was awarded pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act to WorkPro LLC. The total value of this contract is $3,986,847.69. This includes the base and four option periods, recurring and non-recurring line items. Minimum guarantee for the contract is the recurring services for the base year. The minimum guarantee will be obligated with the first task order. Non-recurring future task order requests for quotes (RFQs) will include a date and a point of contact for the site visit. During the site visit, the Contractor and the Government will review the work requirement and any changes will be addressed by amendment. After the site visit, the Contractor will prepare a proposal and submit it to the Contracting Officer who will review it and negotiate with the Contractor, as required. Task orders will be issued on Department of Defense Form DD 1155. Contractor shall also comply with any additional requirements or provisions provided with the request for proposal.
