THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors for Sign Language Interpreter Services for the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville FL. The proposed NAICS 541930 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $8.0 Million. General Scope: This Service Contract is an annual full-service contract to provide interpreter services for a hearing-impaired employee for training, and orientation of performance, as well as staff meetings and any emergent need that arises. Monthly service requested to cover the following: Employee training from Servicing Company-designated Representatives In-service Training - group setting or one-on-one for training within the service on Instrument, Policies, Procedures or any other informational need. Review of performance (Purpose of reviewing Appraisal three times a year- initial, midterm and closeout) Staff meetings Emergent needs In the event an Issue with another employee needs to be urgently resolved All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to daniel.dove@va.gov.
