- SPE4A620R0226 REPLACES PREVIOUS SYNOPSIZED SPE4A619R0558 PR 79684070, NSN 5130-013630964, WRENCH,IMPACT,ELECT, WSDC 36F, will result in a definite quantity contract for a 1,758 EA. Sole source Aircraft Dynamics CAGE 29701, P/N 2012, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, Critical, Export Control Certification required. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The solicitation will be issued on or 10/08/2019 with a closing date of 11/08/2019. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request(SAR) package in order to be considered for award possibly for future procurements if approved. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
