Description
CI and HUMINT Analysts are involved in all facets of planning and conducting CI and HUMINT operations and activities to obtain intelligence information from the interactions with human sources. HUMINT is gathered by interrogation, debriefing, and screening. The CI/HUMINT Application must provide the capabilities to process, analyze, exploit, report, manage, and disseminate the CI and HUMINT data, information, and products in support of the CI and HUMINT operations and objectives, and contribute to the All Source analysis for the Commander's information needs. The CI and HUMINT Intelligence Application must provide the capabilities to interoperate and exchange information with the CI and HUMINT organizations from the Tactical to National level. The CI and HUMINT Intelligence Application must support data from unclassified - Top Secret classification levels. The CI and HUMINT Intelligence Application shall provide a computer-assisted reporting and processing capability for information exchanges in accordance with DIA and Army policies and regulations. For details, reference supporting Draft Requirements Checklist available upon request. Responses to this RFI are to be marked For Official Use Only (FOUO) because of the Draft Requirements Checklist Spreadsheet and received no later than 1700 EDT 31 OCT 2019. All interested parties shall respond in as clear manner as possible to each of the areas listed in the RFI. Information is preferred in soft-copy form in Microsoft Word/Excel and shall not exceed 10 pages. All information must be in writing or via email; telephone requests for additional information will not be honored. You may forward responses to US Army, CCDC, C5ISR Center, I2WD, 6605 Surveillance Loop (Bldg. 6003) Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD 21005, ATTN: FCDD-ISI-IT (Intel Apps RFI). Acknowledgement of receipt will be issued. If you choose to submit proprietary information, mark it accordingly.
