Description
Contractor Performance Report QASP Performance Work Statement packaging of proposal Request for Proposal/Solicitation Standard Form 33 The Occupational Medical Service (OMS) program is a critical component of the NIH biomedical research mission. It provides ongoing medical care to researchers and their support staff to protect personnel from adverse health consequences due to their work environment and to preserve research resources. The OMS works closely with safety, scientific and administrative professionals at all levels to ensure that the proper procedures and controls are in place to prevent and respond to exposures, injuries, and occupational illnesses at the NIH. The NIH OMS program serves as a national model for occupational medicine in research facilities and sets the standard for the development and implementation of novel, proactive occupational medical programs. This requirement is a set aside for 8(a) small businesses (FAR 19) and competed under FAR 19.8.05 Competitive Procedures. The anticipated period of performance will be a minimum base period of one (1) year and the possibility of a maximum of four (4) option years. Questions and comments shall be submitted in writing and sent electronically to Ms. Aseia Chaudhry, Contracting Officer, at Aseia.chaudhry@nih.gov in either MS Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), on or before 12:00 p.m. Eastern on October 10, 2019. All responses must be received by the specified due date and time to be considered. All responsible sources, capable of fulfilling the requirements of this solicitation, may submit an offer which will be considered. OFFERS MUST BE SIGNED. An electronic copy of Technical and Business proposals shall reference RFP number 75N98019R00017 submitted to Ms. Aseia Chaudhry by 12PM EST on November 4, 2019.
