This RFI does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or any obligation on behalf of the Government. The responses to this RFI are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No contract award will be made on the basis of this RFI. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Any information provided in response to this RFI will be used for informational purposes only and will not be returned. All proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. All information submitted by respondents to this RFI, including appropriately marked proprietary information, will be safeguarded and protected from unauthorized disclosure. To support contractor teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements a list of contractors responding to this synopsis may be posted, when available. This RFI requests any feedback on the draft labor categories. This RFI also provides general ISC 2.0 information. Responses should be sent to AFNWC.PZBC.ISC2@us.af.mil by COB 11 October 2019. ************************************************************* Due to industry responses on RFI #3, the Government requests feedback elaborating on the earliest your company would be prepared to respond to an RFP? Please provide supporting rationale. The proposed notional timeline is the desired milestone schedule to ensure adequate transition from ISC 1.0 to ISC 2.0. Due to this feedback, the notional timeline for draft RFP document release will be adjusted and updates provided at a later time as the Government evaluates feedback from this RFI. Responses to RFI #3 are still due COB 11 October 2019.
