Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Tactical Connection for the US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) to support transitioning Soldiers and their families. The contractor shall provide a Nationally (Globally is preferred) recognized job search website to allow the Army to refer all transitioning Soldiers and families to. This site will aid the Soldiers in conducting job searches, interviews and may result in securing of a job prior to exiting the Army. In addition, HRC will be given access to the data collected on the transitioning Soldiers and families within the website. The period of performance is 2 January 2020 through 1 January 2021 with two, one-year option periods. This solicitation is an Unrestricted. The Federal Product Code (PCS) is 9999 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This will be a firm fixed price NO COST contract. Note: A two-step process will be completed. First step: The RFP and all amendments will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on or about Mid-October 2019 with proposals due on or about Mid-November 2019. These dates are subject to change. Second step: Only technically acceptable offerors from the first step will be invited to participate the second step. Contractors are reminded to check the website periodically for amendments. All contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Barbara Mattingly at Barbara.j.mattingly2.civ@mail.mil. Email shall identify the RFP number and include your complete firm name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number with area code and email address. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and no paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will be issued. No phone calls will be accepted.
