Description

The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System currently leases 7,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) of medical space at 841 Martin Luther King Jr. Street North in St. Petersburg, Florida. The VA intends to continue occupancy at this location in accordance with (IAW) authority outlined in GSAR 570.402 Succeeding Leases. However, the VA is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate if potential offerors can show the cost advantages of relocation to the Government.
