- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to manufacture various Universal Slip Ring (USR) Parts in accordance with NAVSEA drawings as detailed in the attached solicitation. The drawings associated with this requirement are labeled Distribution D which means distribution is authorized to the DoD and U.S. DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the drawings. Further details on the program and registration are located at http://www.dlis.dls.mil/jcp. To obtain a copy of the drawings your account in FBO needs to reflect your JCP certification. The drawings are uploaded to the site as an attachment with limited access by JCP certified companies only. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. This solicitation is issued in less than 15 days per FAR 5.203(a) & (h). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-0028. The pre-solicitation has been waived per FAR 5.202(a)(13). The delivery date is 30 December 2019. F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI 02841-1708 This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The NAICS Code is 332710; the size standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Government. Quotes shall include pricing for all items, delivery terms, shipping costs and the following additional information with submissions: point of contact (including phone number and email address, and cage code). Failure to propose all the required items will render your quote ineligible for award. Quotes must be emailed to karen.sampson@navy.mil and received no later than 16 October 2019 at 2:00PM, EST.
