The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/ Southern Africa is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) entitled “Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Services in Lesotho (Khanya Project)”. USAID/Southern Africa is seeking proposals to provide delivery services and technical assistance to support Southern Africa's Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Services in Lesotho. Subject to availability of funds, USAID/Southern Africa plans to award a Performance-Based Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Completion contract for an anticipated three-year period. The procurement will be conducted through full and open competition, under which any type of organization (large or small commercial [for-profit] firms, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations) is eligible to compete. The overall estimated cost of this procurement is $15-$20 million.
