- Draft Sewer Cleaning and Video Inspection PWS This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Fairchild AFB is seeking information on companies to provide sewer cleaning and video inspection services on Fairchild AFB in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement. The proposed contract is for a base year and four option years. Please note that Appendix B is not included in this sources sought as it is not yet available. This requirement most likely falls under NAICS 562998, sewer cleanout services, with a size standard of $8.0M. The PSC is likely Z1ND, maintenance of sewage and waste facilities. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties shall be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The government seeks to find any business that is capable of preforming this requirement. Interested contractors shall provide their business category (small or large). The response should be one page providing the following information: •· Business Name and Address •· CAGE Code •· Size Classification •· Socioeconomic Classification Based on NAICS Size Standard •· Point of Contact Include a one page attachment outlining the company's capabilities and evidence of your company's experience providing the required services, to include: •· Contract Numbers •· Project Titles •· Dollar Amounts •· Points of Contact Responses due no later than 15 October 2019 @ 2:00PM (PT)
