- Description
- The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under Lease No. LRI04534 in Providence RI that has expired. The Government is considering alterntative space if economically advantageous. This alternative office space will be for a minimum of 10 months to a maximum of 2 years with no firm term. In making this determination, the Government will consider among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating for a short term, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non productive agency downtime. The Space should consist of a minimum of 24,000 ANSI/BOMA office Area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space. Space must be contiguous on one floor. Space must be located more than a thousand feet from drug free zones, such as schools, colleges, universities, playgrounds or housing facilities owned by a public housing authority. Space cannot be co-located within the same building that has pretrial services, probation, or public defenders as tenants. 11 parking reserved parking space on site are required.
