The associated NAICS code for this is 541511. The vendor will be Pharmacy OneSource, Inc, 525 Junction Rd, Suite 5000, Madison, WI 53717-2154. Description of Equipment or Supplies: PRODUCT NAME UM QTY SIMPLIFI 797 FOR HIGH RISK W/CRITICAL POINT USP800 EA 12 mo A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
