Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to use other than full and open competition to award a contract for Preventative Maintenance Service for NAVSUP FLC San Diego, CA (Fuel Dept.) with a one year period of performance. A Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded to the Petroleum Analyzer Company, LP (PAC),(Houston, TX) in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Accordingly, the procurement will be conducted IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1; services required by the agency are available from only one known responsible source.
