- This amendment is being issued with a new RFP number of SPE4A720R0083. PR 80266572 is FOB Destination, I/A Origin. NSN (1560-00-831-8164) is a Parts Kit, Wing. The solicitation is for a quantity of 4 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. The total required delivery is 203 days ARO. The approved sources of supply are Tect Hypervelocity (CAGE 34336) and The Boeing Company (CAGE 81205) Part Number 65-8890-208. This is NSN has a higher level quality requirement, requires an Enhanced JCP certification and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 10 October 19. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
