Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) NCO1 Contracting Office issued a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement award to Verizon Connect Network Fleet to provide GPS Fleet Monitoring Services for all VISN 1 Station Vehicles. This contract was awarded as a logical follow-on to the previous GPS Fleet Monitoring Services Blanket Purchase Agreement because of existing Verizon-owned GPS units requiring proprietary monitoring software installed in all VISN 1 Vehicles. This award was made using Far Part 8 Procedures and the posting procedures required by Far Part 6.305. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.
