- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to provide Tree Trimming Services at Honolulu Control Facility in HI. Services are to commence on January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2024 for an initial base year, plus Four (4) one year options running from January through December. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS FOR NAICS CODE 561730(LANSCAPING SERVICES) SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: Complete instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors can be found in Section L of the SIR.
