- Maintenance and repairs to be completed at Electrical Sub Stations, 12, A, B, and C •· Replace existing indicating lights with new LED style lights. •· Install new batteries and battery charger at Sub Station-12. •· Test clean and provide preventive maintenance. •· Provide report with recommendations of any additional repairs. •· Work will be performed on Saturdays, Working hours will be 7am to 5pm. •· Power outages will be scheduled for each station being serviced/repaired. •· Old battery disposal will be the responsibility of the contractor. •· Provide qualified personnel and PPE for all work to be performed. •· Remove and re-install equipment covers. •· Open and close equipment doors •· Provide a schedule, work plan and safety plan. •· Oil samples will be included. Exclusions: •· Any new utility poles. •· Any terminations or devices for the fiber optic cable. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Siemens Service Support: •· Contractor shall furnish on-site Siemens service support for (10) ten days, provide support as directed by customer. •· Install a Siemens Industry, Inc. environmental control, energy management and/or building automation system in accordance with plans and specifications. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stadium, Exchange and McCard substations: •· Contractor shall inspect the Stadium curves and relay times in association with, McCard and exchange feed. Relay timings need to be adjusted so that exchange relays is not affected by Mccard outages. Typically exchange relay opens when Mccard relay opens, this needs to be corrected and tested.
