- The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the National Mediation Board (NMB), is soliciting in regards to the subject requirement. This procurement is Unrestricted. Please review the Attachments and provide your quote via email to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov Attn: RGoff/DHolbert by not later than 11:00am ET October 8, 2019. Any questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and must state "20343220P00004, Attn. RGoff/DHolbert" in the subject line, no later than 9:00am ET on October 7, 2019. We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline. Prospective offerors are cautioned against discussing the preparation of their offer or asking questions to anyone other than the Bureau of the Fiscal Service Procurement Division. Discussions with anyone other than the Bureau of the Fiscal Service Procurement Division concerning the specifications, the documents incorporated by reference, pricing, or any technical matters are strictly forbidden. Verification of any such improper conduct may result in immediate rejection of the offeror's quote.
