- Performance work statement for Test Administrator Services Note: This notice is for market research purposes only. No solicitation is presently available and offers will not be accepted at this time. The 501st Combat Support Wing Regional Contracting Office at RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom has an upcoming requirement for Test Administrator Services. Scope of work includes administering standardized tests to military and civilian personnel and administrative support such as data entry, and other clerical tasks. Please see draft copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details about this requirement. The Government is considering a firm fixed-price type of contract with one base year and four option years. Interested parties should submit their contact information and a brief (no more than three pages) statement of capabilities to the point of contact identified below. Email is preferred. Interested parties are also highly-encouraged to be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM), at https://sam.gov/SAM/. Registration is free and renders businesses elligible to do business with the U.S. Government. RAF Alconbury is located in the East of England region, approximately 21 miles (34 kilometers) northwest of Cambridge and approximately 81 miles (130 kilometers) north of London. The nearest city is Huntingdon.
