- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Air CCDC - Delivery Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to The Valkyrie Company, Inc., Worcester, MA 01603-2355 for a proprietary prototype JPADS Parachute Container. The Valkyrie Company, Inc., is the only company capable of providing this proprietary JPADS Parachute Container. All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999.
