- To Whom It May Concern: As required by FAR 5.303, submitted herewith is a notice of award on the following contract: Contracting Office: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center, 1701 Directors Blvd, Austin, TX 78744 Contracting Officer: Lino Vera (512) 981-4415 Contractor: Linchpin Solutions Inc., 15201 Octavia LN, Odessa FL, 33556 Contractor Status: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Contract number: Contract Number 36C10A-19-C-0004 Contract Duration: September 30, 2019 through September 29, 2029 Type of award: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside Estimated Dollar Value of the Award: $48,759,046.00 Description of services: Replace the existing Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) SatCom equipment and provide a managed service for the VA Enterprise SatCom infrastructure. The Contractor will also provide satellite transponder access, operation, Radio Frequency (RF) chain components, teleport collocation services, hub operation and hub hardware / firmware components, VSAT and First Responder Units required to deliver private dedicated Enterprise SatCom services agency wide.
