Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements The Application and Eligibility Determination System (AEDS) supports the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for FSA's core business objective of accepting and processing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) from current and potential post-secondary school students as FSA transitions from the AEDS and the myStudentAid mobile application to FSA's innovative NextGen Financial Services Environment. The Period of Performance is for a one-year base period and (2) one-year option periods: Base Period: September 30, 2019 - September 29, 2020 Option Period 1: September 30, 2020 - September 29, 2021 Option Period 2: September 30, 2021 - September 29, 2022
