The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers from interested vendors and provide a revised Contract Line Item Structure to include a separate CLIN for One Time Equipment Installation. The solicitation due date is extended to 11 October 2019 at 5:00 PM EST. What is the quantity or channels you require for channel lineup to be selected from packages outlined in RFP? Please see attached. As new headend equipment will be require, can the price/cost schedule be amended to include a CLIN for One time Equipment Installation ? Please see attached.
