- SUS Vendor Information Draft Sample Price Spreadsheet Draft QASP Contractor Question Template Contractor Information Sheet Draft Solicitation This pre-solicitation synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) intends to contract for Self-Awareness Training Services in Support of Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCOE); Army Futures Command (AFC); and Army Material Command (AMC). Under the intended contract, the contractor shall support organizational changes and increased self-awareness across the DHA, AMEDD, TRADOC, AFC and AMC enterprise enabling military and civilian personnel at all levels to learn and incorporate individual and group implementation strategies and tools into their work practices, beyond only behavior changes. HRCO anticipates the solicitation / Request for Proposal will be available approximately 30 days from the date of this notice, with an anticipated closing date of 30 days from the date of release of the solicitation. This is a follow-on requirement and will be solicited as a competitive small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611430. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders will be issued, plus a cost-reimbursable Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for Travel and for Shipping. The contract period of performance is three years from date of contract award. The contract will be awarded using a Best-Value Trade-Off approach. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only, and the official access point to the solicitation is via FedBizOpps. A draft solicitation to include Performance Work Statement is attached for early review. Interested parties are also directed to the FedBizOpps posting under W81K04-19-R-0005. The postings at W81K04-19-R-0005 document the earlier development of this self-awareness training requirement. The new solicitation number W81K04-20-R-0013 represents the continuity for this same self-awareness training requirement. All future information related to the self-awareness training requirement will be posted under W81K04-20-R0013.
