Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to post a solicitation for A Certified Court Reporter for the Saginaw VA Medical Center located at 1500 Weiss Street in Saginaw, MI 48602, on 10/17/2019 NLT 5:00pm EST. The solicitation will expire 10/18/2019 at 12:00pm EST. The period of performance shall be 10/22/2019-10/24/2019 in strict accordance with terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation, NAICS Code 561492. This solicitation is open to all small businesses STATEMENT OF WORK Certified Court Reporter / Stenographer AIB- Administrative Investigation Court reporting services are needed for a verbatim transcript of an Administration Investigation Board. The court reporting service will be needed on Tuesday October 22, 2019, starting at 8:00AM-5:00PM and run through October 24, 2019, from approximately 8:00AM-5:00PM. The Director has convened an Administrative Investigation Board (AIB) to review complaints from employees that have been received by the Directors and EEO office, locally. The reporter must provide transcription for under oath testimonies from staff in one of the Services on site. He/she will be required to transcribe testimony from staff interviewed by the Administrative Investigation Board, and then provide written synopses of these testimonies to the AIB Team, electronically and written. There will be no PHI/PII Shared however some sensitive information will be shared. The court reporting service will be needed on October 22, 23, 24, 2019 at The Saginaw VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. WHERE THE COURT REPORTER SHOULD REPORT The location where our reporter will be appearing: Aleda E Lutz VA Medical Center 1500 Weiss Street, building 1 basement, room 1-B-108, Facilities Management Library Saginaw, MI 48602 The court reporter must report on the following dates and times: October 22, 23, 24, 2019, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
