South : SW 344th Street; E Palm Drive; S Dixie Highway. Follow S Dixie Highway; Lucille Drive. West : C-111/Biscayne Everglades Trail Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):17,678 ABOA SF Space Type:Office Space Parking Spaces (Total):32 Spaces Full Term:17 Years Firm Term:15 Years Additional Requirements:Offered space must provide the following: ●Meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. ●A fully serviced lease is required. ●Shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
