Homestead, FL - 7FL2573 Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation # 7FL2573 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Florida City:Homestead Delineated Area: North : SW 168th Street East : Old Cutler Road; Ronald Reagan Turnpike (Toll Road); Tallahassee Road; SW 139 Court. South : SW 344th Street; E Palm Drive; S Dixie Highway. Follow S Dixie Highway; Lucille Drive. West : C-111/Biscayne Everglades Trail Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):17,678 ABOA SF Space Type:Office Space Parking Spaces (Total):32 Spaces Full Term:17 Years Firm Term:15 Years Additional Requirements:Offered space must provide the following: ●Meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. ●A fully serviced lease is required. ●Shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
