This action will be Full and Open Competition under for the following item: NAICS: 339999 (as of 10/02/2019) (Previously 332919) NSN: 4210014839758 p/n 57K4036 Noun: RECHARGE KIT, VALVE Solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0291 Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 105 EA Max 5-year Quantity: 3,339 EA The first delivery order will be 105 EA Procurement is Full and Open Competition. First Article Test (FAT) is not required IUID is not required FOB: Destination. This procurement will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D Note: If you do not receive access to the technical data package after requesting through Explicit Access via FBO, please email the Buyer after two BUSINESS days, if you have not received access. Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) ( https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/ ) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via FBO ( www.fbo.gov ).
