- This is a Special Notice of Intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price contract to Fitch Solutions located at 300 West 57 th Street, NYC, New York. The period-of-performance will have a base-year and four (4) additional option periods. The total period-of-performance will be for five (5) years if all options are exercised. The estimated value of the proposed contract for all five (5) years is $523,000. Fitch Solutions is a source of news, economic indicators, forecasts, and financial analysis for countries in the emerging and developed markets. It includes information on currencies, commodities and industries. Research includes country and business operation rankings and risk appraisals, along with market intelligence and opinions from analysts. Also included is access to an archive of past reports. The Research Center proposes to continue subscribing to online databases from Fitch Solutions under the following categories: Industry Risk, Commodities, and Country Risk & Financial Markets Services. This proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and receive only one quote from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(ii)(2) and FAR13.501(a). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Friday, October 25, 2019 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capabilities received will not obligate the Government to make an award. If any vendors would like to inquire about subcontract opportunities, please contact the vendor directly.
