- N66001-20-Q-6020 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Mentor Graphics. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Mentor Graphics. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Calibre Interactive Ap SW Perpetual P/N: 210230 Manufacturer: Mentor Graphics QTY: 8 ITEM 0002: Calibre Interactive Ap SW Support P/N: 210230 Manufacturer: Mentor Graphics QTY: 8 ITEM 0003: Calibre RVE/QDB-H Ap SW Perpetual P/N: 210570 Manufacturer: Mentor Graphics QTY: 8 ITEM 0004: Calibre RVE/QDB-H Ap SW Support P/N: 210570 Manufacturer: Mentor Graphics QTY: 8 Calibre is the only DRC tool, which can fulfill our requirements to design chips compatible on the Skywater process, which is required to support the RAPID project. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $41.5 million. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
