- WSDC CXN, V-22 ACFT; NSN 1560-01-663-2085, FITTING,STRUCTURAL. SPE4A7-20-R-0131 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 242 each. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. Delivery will be requested to be 100 DARO for the Production items. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved source for this material is listed below and it is expected that award will be made to that firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Approved manufacturer to: Fore Machine Company, Inc 9U098 19E0089-1 The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
