Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Tecniplast USA, Inc. for Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs for Rack Washers (SN# 931115) because we believe Tecniplast USA, Inc. is the only authorized maintenance service company authorized to properly diagnose, order OEM proprietary parts and install these parts. A draft of the statement of work is attached. If you believe that your company is authorized to provide the Maintenance and Emergency Repairs in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information to angela.gerlitzki@va.gov by October 23, 2019. The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $22.0 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
