Ft.(ABOA): 15,188 Revised Maximum Sq. Ft.(ABOA): 15,950 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces(Total): 2 total Parking Spaces(Surface): 0 Parking Spaces(Structured): 2 Parking Spaces(Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: none Revised Additional Requirements: •Space must be contiguous. •Office space must not be located within 1,000 feet of bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other business that produce large fluctuations in traffic or injurious odors detectable within the office space. •Locations without T1 availability will not be considered. •Space cannot be located within a building that houses law firms representing SSA and OHO claimants; and retail locations that sell alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives products and related paraphernalia Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards-ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
