Ft. (ABOA): 3,376 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,972 Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Secured Structured Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Space Requirements: • Shop space : Storage of lumber, metal, building supplies, ATV's, and snowmobiles. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,530 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,800 Warehouse Storage : Minimum 17 ft ceiling for maintained equipment (man-lift, forklift, two (2) overhead doors: 1-22x14, 1-16x14.
