- The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Activity is issuing a sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support services that would assist the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), and the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), the Headquarters Air Force Civil Engineer (AF/A4C) Directorate build a bridge to an installation-level knowledge and communication gap in facility requirements development, project programming and approval requirements, and the usage of enterprise data, and scheduling. It is the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 721110 Hotels (Except Casino Hotel). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The resultant contract shall provide meeting room and lodging availability, and Workshop support services for 275 participants. The following is a breakout of the anticipated need: •1) one (1) large meeting room capable of seating 275 people (classroom style set up); elevated stage with table and chairs for six(6) people, podium with mobile microphone •2) six (6) breakout rooms capable of seating 50 people each, podium with mobile microphone •3) two (2) breakout rooms capable of accommodating half of the attendees (130-140 people), podium with mobile microphone •4) one (1) large reception space that is capable of holding approximately 150 people (Used Day One of Workshop) •5) one (1) small, securable staff support/planning room capable of seating 10 people that includes tables and chairs. •6) AV Support. One (1) Technician. 2 Presentation Screens and Projects for Item 1 above. Projector and Audio Connectors(VGA, DisplayPort, and HDMI), Two (2) Lavalier Microphone; sound system that broadcasts to the entire room, each smaller room shall have a presentation screen and projector in accordance with the size of the room. •7) WiFi Access for all meeting spaces I nterested parties are requested to submit tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort to include supporting documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. The capability statement shall include: •1) Company name, mailing address, email address, Web site address (if available), and the name, telephone number, and email address of a point of contact having the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with Government representatives. •2) Name, title, telephone number, and email addresses of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the responses. •3) DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Tax Identification Number, company structure (Corporation, LLC, partnership, joint venture, etc.), and size. Companies must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be considered as potential sources. •4) If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to: •1) Provide services/products consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; and •2) Secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources required to successfully perform similar requirements. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
