Description

The VA Iliana Healthcare System, 1900 East Main Street, in Danville Illinois sought sources with the capability to provide a National Board Commissioned inspector to perform annual internal and external inspections of boilers in accordance with VHA Directive 1810 (Current version as amended on Sep 11,2018) and Annual and Semi Annual Safety Device Testing per the VA Boiler Plant Safety Device Testing Manual (5th Edition dated Dec 2018) on Sixteen (16) Low Pressure Fire Tube Boilers located in Buildings 19, 72, 211, 212, 214 and 216, three (3) cast iron boilers located in buildings 25 and 22/69 four (4) electric steam generators in building 58, and one hot Water Boiler located at the VA Iliana Healthcare System at 1900 East Main Street, Danville, II 61832. This award include a base year period of date of award -09/30/2020, with an additional Four (4) One (1) Year Options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. Award was made in accordance with the solicitation evaluation criteria. The NAICS code for the solicitation was 541350, with a size standard of $7.5 million. Total contract award value if all options are exercised is $132,144.00.
