- FBO Ad GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:New York City:Clifton Park Delineated Area:The delineated area is bounded on the east by Highway 32 where it meets Highway 159 North and merges onto Highway 9 then turning west onto Grooms Rd and south on Moe Rd following to Boyack Rd then on to I-87 exiting at highway 7 and back to Highway 32. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):950 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):1,050 Space Type:Warehouse Storage Parking Spaces (Total):1 Parking Spaces (Surface):1 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):1 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:The warehouse space must include cold storage, evidence cage, and parking space for boat and miscellaneous safety equipment Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Clifton Park, NY, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
