- Description
- Overview: The driving range located at Gateway Hills Golf Course has a chain link fence at the end of the range that is supposed to work as the barrier to prevent golf balls from leaving the back end of the range. The current system isn't working and needs to be changed. We are looking at installing a new range barrier system that is 450' in length by 30' in height. This new barrier system will be made high grade netting that is designed for driving ranges or golf courses. Scope of Work: Plan: Install new netting around the back edge of the range inside the current fencing that is in place. Netting will be 450' in length and 30' in height. Poles will be placed in distances that match the netting sections and secured with high grade materials to withstand the wind, heat and any weather conditions that we face in the San Antonio, TX Area. Supplies: Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment/tools/labor required for installation of each unit. Pricing: Pricing will cover cost of materials, labor and installation of materials. Adding option on quote to install 2' mini mesh chain link fabric to protect netting from range equipment as well as maintenance equipment. Repairs: Contractor shall be responsible for repairing any damages deemed to be in excess of normal wear and tear for installation back to conditions before work was executed. Any damage done to areas outside the scope of the work shall be repaired or replaced as close to possible as before it was destroyed.
