Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 35,583 net usable square feet in Port Charlotte, Florida for use as a CBOC for the C. W. Bill Young Healthcare System (Bay Pines (VAMC). The space must be Class A office space on no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 150 spaces, 15 handicapped spaces. The proposed term of occupancy is a 15-year lease with a ten-year firm term, with 90 day termination rights during years 11-15. Response is required by 2:00PM EST on November 1, 2019.
