- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-National Capital Region (DITCO-NCR) intends to issue a solicitation for Command and Control (C2) Portfolio Systems Engineering (SE) services. C2 Portfolio SE is anticipated to be a single-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded using a total small business set-aside solicited on the open market through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). DITCO estimates the request for proposal will be released in the mid/late 3rd Quarter of FY19 timeframe. Anticipated award is expected in the 4th Quarter of FY19. The resultant contract will have a five-year ordering period. Task orders issued under this contract will have varying periods of performance based upon time of issuance, but will end no later than two years after the end of the ordering period. Task orders issued under this contract may include a variety of fixed price and cost type contract line items. Anticipated support services include the following functional areas: Task Area 1: Contract and Task Order Management Task Area 2: Systems Engineering Support Task Area 3: Architecture and Design Task Area 4: Configuration Management Task Area 5: Cybersecurity Task Area 6: C2 Laboratory and System Administration Support Task Area 7: Research, Development, and Sustainment Technical Experiments and Investigation Task Area 8: Systems Engineering Process Improvement/Automation Task Area 9: Capability Deployment Planning and Review Task Area 10: Training and Technical Exchange For any questions regarding this requirement, contact the Contract Specialist, Alyssa Todaro at alyssa.m.todaro2.civ@mail.mil or the Contracting Officer, Quinton Smith at quinton.a.smith.civ@mail.mil.
