- ASTRO RFI #3 This RFI provides an updated draft version of ASTRO Section C (Scope) and an original draft version the ASTRO Pool Structure for Industry to comment on, provide feedback on, and suggest edits/additions/subtractions. RFI SURVEY LINK: https://feedback.gsa.gov/jfe/form/SV_bej8VGrdIjWj8TX In considering the pool structure for ASTRO, it is important to note that ASTRO may only be used for task orders placed by FEDSIM or other GSA AAS individuals specifically authorized to use the contracts for requirements exceeding $100 Million. Accordingly, there will be no small business set-aside or Government-wide program at this time. It is NOT necessary for your company to have responded to previous RFIs in order to respond to this RFI. Interested parties are encouraged to fill out the survey associated with this RFI at: We will continuously post updates here at FBO. While we would like to see submissions provided by midnight of November 22, 2019, submissions may be provided anytime until when/if a pre-solicitation notice is issued for ASTRO.
