Description

TIEDS J&A - Final Redacted Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC - Orlando), through the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), in support of the Project Manager Instrumentation, Targets, and Threat Simulators (PM ITTS), issued a contract modification to Leidos Innovations Corporation, under contract W900KK-15-D-0001, on a sole source basis under the authority of an approved Justification and Approval. The authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contract modification extended the ordering period by 18 months to a new ordering period of 31 OCT 2019 to 30 APR 2021. The contract ceiling remained unchanged at $73,369,514.
